  • Authors are requested to submit Abstracts via online submission system ONLY.
  • Abstract should include: Title, Names and Affiliations of the Authors. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and the name of the corresponding author should be tagged with an asterisk.
  • The abstract should be of no more than 250 words, excluding Title, Names and Affiliations of the authors.
  • Leave one line of space after the Title of the abstract and one line of space after the affiliation. Title and affiliation must be in BOLD letters.
  • Abstract text should include a brief introduction and methodology. It should then describe the results followed by a crisp conclusion. These sections need NOT be sub-titled – the entire abstract should be one piece.
  • Figures, Tables, Graphs, Equations or References should NOT be included.
  • Authors are advised to format the abstracts carefully. While the abstracts will be reviewed for the scientific information, the mistakes either in scientific writing, special characters and/or English language will be printed as such.
  • Authors may indicate their preference for oral/poster presentation and the area of presentation below the abstract.
  • Abstract should be uploaded as a single MS Word file and named in the mentioned format "1st World NCD Congress Presenting Author Name_DDMMYYYY (e.g. 1st World NCD Congress _KunduS_01092016).
  • Only one registrant can be the presenting author on ONLY one abstract. However, an individual may be listed as co-author on more than one abstracts.
  • The Presenting Author of the accepted abstract must be registered and completed the full payment prior to 30th June 2017, in order to be included in the program.
  • The Abstract Selection Committee of the Conference shall reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract and to designate abstracts either for oral/poster presentation in a suitable session.
  • All the selected and registered abstracts will be published in the Special Issue of the IJNCD "International Journal of Non Communicable Diseases".
  • The World NCD Federation will have the copyright to use all the accepted abstracts in conference scientific purpose without any prior notice to the contributor/authors.
  • The abstract contributor also represents the legal obligation of abstract; any violation to the third party will be responsible for contributor.
